Defective Items Only

At Peache, we stand behind the quality of our products. We will accept a return or exchange only if the item you purchased is defective.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  • Step 1: If you receive a defective product, please email us at peachecare@gmail.com with a clear photo of the defect and your order details.
  • Step 2: Upon receiving your email, we will review the issue and notify you via email if you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
  • Step 3: If approved, we will either replace the product or refund the purchase price using your original method of payment.

    Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than a defect in the product.

Our Commitment to Swift Delivery

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please review the following details regarding our shipping process:

Shipping Charges:

  • A flat fee of Rs. 250 is applied to every order, regardless of the number of items.

    Delivery Time:
  • Your package is expected to be delivered within 2 business days. However, occasional backorders may occur, which can lead to delays. We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.

    Payment Method:

  • Please note that our payment method is strictly Cash On Delivery.

    Tracking & Delivery Issues:

  • If your tracking information indicates that your order was delivered, but you believe you haven’t received it, please be aware that we will not be responsible for reshipping that order. Any replacement under these circumstances would be at your expense.
